Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd is a nurse-led aesthetic clinic based at 9-10 Tatnam Crescent, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1AB. All treatments are carried out by Nurse Naomi, a medically qualified aesthetic nurse practitioner. By using our website or booking a treatment with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Appointments and Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and can be booked via our online booking platform at www.clinicalskincaresolutions.co.uk or by contacting us directly. A booking is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us.
Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where we believe a treatment is not suitable or safe for a client, or where we are unable to proceed following a consultation.
3. Consultations
A consultation is required before certain treatments can be carried out. This ensures the treatment is appropriate for your skin, health, and concerns. Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd reserves the right to decline treatment if, following consultation, we do not believe it is in your best interest or is clinically appropriate.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
We ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit being required for future bookings. Any deposit paid to secure an appointment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time.
5. Patch Testing
Certain treatments require a patch test to be carried out prior to the appointment. It is your responsibility to attend your patch test appointment and to inform us of any reactions. Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for adverse reactions where a patch test was recommended but declined by the client.
6. Medical History and Contraindications
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any relevant health conditions at the time of consultation and booking. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment.
Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd reserves the right to refuse treatment if we believe it poses a risk to your health or wellbeing. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from information that was withheld or not disclosed.
7. Prescriptions and Prescription-Only Medicines
As a nurse-led clinic, certain treatments involve the use of prescription-only medicines. These are prescribed and administered only by Nurse Naomi, who is medically qualified to do so. All prescription decisions are made in accordance with current clinical guidelines and in the best interests of the client.
8. Results
Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science and results can vary from person to person. Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd makes no guarantee of specific results. Results shown in our before and after gallery are from real clients but are not a guarantee of the results you will achieve. All information provided on our website and in consultations is given in good faith and based on professional clinical knowledge and experience.
9. Pricing
All prices are as stated on our website and treatment pricing guide at the time of booking. Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Any price changes will be updated on the website. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
10. Payments
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show.
11. Age Restrictions
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive aesthetic treatments at Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd. We reserve the right to request proof of age and will not carry out treatments on anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
12. Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice carefully. Clinical Skincare Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for complications or unsatisfactory results arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
13. Complaints
